The Salon I Keep Returning to: Studio M KSL Hair Salon @ KSL City Mall

It's been a while since I crossed the straits to pamper myself at JB. Whenever I'm in JB and want to change my hairstyle or give my hair some well deserved treatment, Studio M is always the first salon that comes to my mind. I have visited Studio M @ KSL City Mall (previously known as Govin Hair) many times as I love the great service and friendly staff there. Price wise, it's definitely super value as you are getting top notch service and best quality products such as Mucota or Oway on your precious hair. As a person who always want good deals, I have researched before and hey, there's no way I can find that kind of price for treatments, perm, rebond or hair color using top quality products such as Mucota or Oway in Singapore! Look at my lifeless hair with the uneven hair color. It's time to go Studio M hair salon to pamper my hair and give it a new look! Studio M is located at ground floor of KSL City Mall, beside Sasa. My hair stylist was Ben.

After Watching Avengers: Endgame

Spoilers Alert! So skip this post if you have not watched Avengers: Endgame. P.S. This post is more of my own feelings after watching Endgame, an avenue for me to vent my feelings, not so much of review or anything. I am one of those who have watched all the 21 movies that led up to Endgame. I felt a sense of emptiness when Endgame ended. Don't get me wrong, Endgame is great, it did a great job of linking the past stories and as a closure for this phase of the MCU. I felt empty because, I am at the stage of thinking what should I do now that the characters that I have been watching for so many years will no longer have new movies coming up. Iron Man and Captain America especially, with this ending, it is quite unlikely that they will have their movies anymore. So what Endgame got me started was, I began watching back all the past movies. Captain America -  The First Avengers, Thor series, The Avengers, Age of Ultron, Guardians of the Galaxies series and many others to seek th

Japan (Cherry Blossom): Itinerary and Transport Planning

For our visit to Japan this time round, we only spend 1 day 1 night in Tokyo as we have visited this city last time. We decided to focus more days on other parts of Japan: - Mount Fuji - Kyoto - Takayama and Shirakawa - Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Our focus for this trip is of course - CHERRY BLOSSOM! Since we are travelling to so many parts of Japan, we bought the 7 days Japan railpass and make full use of it. We were in Japan for a total of 11 days. Hence, the challenge for us on the planning is to try to visit as many places as possible and travel with trains covered by the railpass within 7 days. You might be wondering why didn't we buy a 11 days railpass, because there is no such pass. The Japan railpass comes in 7, 14 and 21 days. We definitely wouldn't want to spend the extra money and waste the remaining 3 days. For transport between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the Japan railpass actually covers the Narita Express. However, we cannot be using our Japan railpa

Japan (Cherry Blossom): Tokyo and Mount Fuji

Upon arrival in Tokyo, we realised that we were a tad late as most of the cherry blossom has fallen from the trees. Nonetheless, we continued strolling around the Tokyo Imperial Palace to catch some strong trees that were still blossoming and yeah! We were still able to find some pretty amazing cherry blossoms! Hope we could find more cherry blossoms in other parts of Japan! Other than searching for cherry blossoms, we also went to the famous Tsukiji Fish Market for sushi! Yum Yum! We can't wait to explore other parts of Japan where we have never been before. After a well rested night, Woo Hoo! Mount Fuji, Here We Come! From Shinjuku station, we took the Odakyu Electric Line to Odawara, This line is not covered under JR railpass so we bought the tickets separately. Upon arrival at Odawara station, we bought the Fuji Hakone pass which is valid for 3 days. You can find more information on this pass  at this website . The pass allows you to use a number of trans

Japan (Cherry Blossom): Kyoto and Nagoya

We will be spending 3 nights in Kyoto and explore all the interesting attractions in Kyoto! Woo Hoo! We first checked in to our hotel, Sakura Terrace The Atelier, it is very nice and clean but the room is very small, hardly any space to move around. We booked a room with shared bathroom. Even though it is a shared bathroom, it is super clean. At the lobby, there is also a lounge where you can chill, have some tea and read some magazines. They have many different tea flavours to choose! The hotel is also located in a very convenient location, just 500m away from Kyoto Train station! Some supplies that you can borrow First, we went to Kiyomizu-dera temple. Take bus number 100 or 206 from Kyoto train station and alight at either Gojo-zaka or kiyomuzu-michi bus stop. The bus ride is about 15 mins. We just followed the crowd to get to the temple lol. We chill at a teahouse and have some snack From the Kiyomizu-dera temple, you can descen
